Annual Kayak Demo Weekend

Looking for the perfect kayak? This is the kayak demo event of the season in New England.  Don't miss this one! The first weekend in May is our annual Kayak Demo Weekend. More than 100 kayaks will be available for demo at the Wickford Town Beach, (Rt. 1A) in North Kingstown on Saturday May 1st and Sunday May 2nd from 10am 'til 4pm.  This is an opportunity to "test paddle" all the top brands in the industry and buy at the best sale prices of the season. Many of our factory representatives will be on hand along with The Kayak Centre team to offer great advice. We will offer a variety of free mini seminars each day. Special Demo Weekend pricing and packages will be available for this event.

Join us for a fun time test paddling dozens of fine sea, recreational, sit on top and fishing kayaks.You will not find a better selection of kayaks in the northeast.There is no sales tax on kayaks or accessories purchased with a kayak. If you can't get to the event... buy your kayak on line or call the store to make your purchase. The Kayak Centre ships boats and accessories nationwide.

As part of our ongoing community service activities, we will support the Johnnycake Center of Peace Dale, Rhode Island by requesting a donation of five canned goods or $5 per participant.

We donated 369 lbs of food and $1220 to the Jonnycake Center of Peace Dale, RI from our 2010 Demo Days event! Thanks to everyone who came out for a great weekend!
